2004 rates

Does anyone know when the 2004 rates will come out?? Nov or Dec possibly?? We're looking to book for a group of 6 adults for either April vacation or mid-August. My buddy's wife is a teacher so we're short on times when we can go. I hope that Disney's Fairytale Package does well this year so they will bring it back for 2004. Any help would be appreciated so I can preplan the time to book our trip based on when the rates & packages come out.
I've already cruched numbers on 2003 Fairytale Package @ the Boardwalk or Yacht Club vs booking separately w/ Govt rate @ the SWAN/DOLPHIN. Thanks in advance!!

The room rates for 2004 are out. The packages for 2004 weren't loaded in the system as of yesterday afternoon. The CM I spoke with expected they would be available within the next week.

Hrm, perhaps I am looking in the wrong area on the disney site, but I cannot book reservations for 2004 yet :(

We are going in January and the earliest date to begin booking is still Dec 2003 (although your reservations can end in Jan 2004)
