FOR SOME REASON THAT ISNT THE RIGHT ANSWER....BUT I CANT FIGURE OUT WHY....SO DONT USE IT...SORRY

The answer is...MASS NUMBER!!!

Cannot believe I got it right. Searched my brains out online and this one made the most sense.

I was trying to decide between those two, and was leaning towards atomic number--glad I checked here first!

It's been a looooooonnnnnnggggg time since I learned such things.

I couldn't decide between atomic weight and mass number because one of the definitions I saw said that mass number was also known as atomic weight. So I pulled out the dictionary and checked in there and mass number came out making the most sense. Alot of work for 25 points! But at least I get to help others get them.:)

Ouch! A little rough with that junior high comment. Since junior high was over 30 years ago for me, I'd have a tough time with recall.
