Casey's is open for hot dogs and fries until a half an hour or an hour after the park closes. The ice cream shop is also open.

There are also a few popcorn stands open, but not the entire time.

I don't remember what else.

Hope this helps.

I've bought stuff at the bakery, right next to the Carnation shop, at the end of E-night. Diana

Just don't wait til the end of Enite to stop at Pecos Bills. They close 1 hour before the end of Enite. That should be OK, if you haven't waited and gotten too hungry!

A couple of weeks ago, the place in Tommorrowland that sells turkey legs was also open. I think it's called the Lunching Pad. They also had pretzels, drinks and maybe chips.

Can you get a Dole Whip on E-nights? :)

No, you can't get a Dole Whip. That part of the park is completely closed off.

If you're at the MK earlier in the day, you may want to look at the signs in front of the restaurants in areas where the park will be opened. There are signs in front of each restaurant that lists that day's hours.

E-nights are available only to Walt Disney World resort guests. For $12 plus tax(adult) and $10 plus tax (child), resort guests can have access to the Magic Kingdom for 3 hours after closing to the general public. During E-Ticket nights, the most popular attractions at the Magic Kingdom remain open. These are:

Alien Encounter
Astro Orbiter
Big Thunder Mountain
Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
Country Bear Jamboree
Haunted Mansion
Space Mountain
Splash Mountain
Tomorrowland Transit Authority

You must have a multi day ticket, and you must purchase your E-Tickets from Guest Services at your resort. You will need to present your E-Ticket and your Multi-Day Ticket at select locations in the Magic Kingdom after 4pm on the day of E-Ticket night. You will be given a wrist band that will allow you access to the attractions listed above.
