Webcertificate question

Can I use a webcertificate off-line using just my account numbers and not an actual plastic card? I hate the thought of spending $6.95 each since I have 3. I would like to use mine for Disney Dollars and wondered if I could just go TDS with my numbers.

some people have said that they do this I personally have not.

Never mind!! I just went to my web certificate account and I have $50 in it but it doesn't show my $10 yet. I'm new at all this and just recently redeemed my points so I wasn't sure how it worked. Thank goodness you questioned why I had 3 or I never would have realized it was there!! :o
