Does anyone know, or have a theory as to why the fairytale package excludes reservations during Sept.? It is good for "most nights 7/4-8/23/03 and 10/2-10/30/03". I'm puzzled bc. I thought Sept is traditionaly less crowded than Oct. and bc. of this you would think Disney would try to fill this month.
Also, I'm a bit concerned bc. we will be there from 9-28 thru 10-10 and I am worried about the impact this package will have on the park attendance during the Oct. part of our stay. Any thoughts?

We were able to book the FTP 09/28-10/05 and I know others have got the FTP during September. The CM that took my reservation stated that the resorts are filling up due to the FTP. She said it had made a great impact on their reservations. Again, that is what one CM said so who knows?
I actually found that if you book through expedia.com, the september dates for the FTP are MUCH cheaper than the October dates. Even if you book only one night of your vacation in September it makes an impact.

I don't believe that September is excluded. The price that they give in the ad is for those regular season dates 7/4 - 8/23/03 and 10/2 -10/30/03 but then it also states underneath in the smaller print, "lower rates may be available most nights from 8/24 -10/1/03" So September is actually a better deal!

We booked the FT package for 9/15 - 9/22, at BC. No problem through Dreams Unlimited. Can't wait!

We have reservations at BCV 9/6 - 9/13, all on FTP, for our family of 10.
If they tell you it isn't available, thank the CM politely and hang up. Then call back in a day or two; it took me almost a month to get all of ours included in the FTP pricing.
