Just found what looks like to be a good price on airfare through Bestfares. It is a "snooze you loose" deal, how does this work?? How do you get this deal? Do you have to be members??? I am very interested and wouldn't mind becoming a member if needed to.

Has anyone used Bestfares???

Thanks

Which deal is it?
Normally they can all be found elsewhere....and someone on these boards probably can help you find it if you provide us the details they give.
Do not delay too much, however, as some only last a few hours.

Found it:

St. Louis To Orlando $147 RT Seniors $132 Thru Feb. 6, '02
United has reduced airfares between St. Louis and Orlando to $147 .......

It became available last Thursday (5/24).

I checked ual.com (United's website),
Unfortunately, this fare is not available anymore. You almost have to check this daily and then check the website of the corresponding airline to see if the fare is still available. Lots of these fares that they post in snooze you loose only last a few hours.
As St. Louis is served by Southwest airlines, keep checking, there will be more sales. But if you see one you like, don't delay...book it.

By the way, don't waste your money on a bestfares membership....there is another post about that previously and the verdict was they are a waste of money.

Sign up at Southwest's website: http://www.iflyswa.com/ , for their click'n save, e-mail updates. I would use bestfares updates to alert you to possible deals, but most of the time, you can then book the same offer directly from the airlines. Haven't heard from anyone who thinks it's worth paying their membership fee. :D
