Hello Everybody!

Do any of you know what the policy is on replacing annual passes? My brother and I have the 2-park AP and it expires in a little over a week. He has probably lost his pass and will need to get it replaced for our trip this weekend. How much does it cost to get it replaced? Is this replacement cost pro-rated? Can I go to any ticket window, or will I have to go to a different location to get this taken care of?Thanks!

If you need an AP pass replacement, go to the Guest Services window. I believe the replacement charge is $10.

Thanks for the info Barry!

Can anybody else confirm the price? I'm leaving for Orlando early on the 9th, so this is somewhat urgent.

Thanks in advance!

The price is correct: $10 per lost pass.

I had lost my pass last year. The replacement cost was $10, but they waved it since I was upgrading from a seasonal pass to an annual pass.

Oh, I think you also need an ID so they can make sure you are really you.
