Is it possible to make advanced PS for restaurants in PS/IOA/USF. If so, can any of them be made via email?

Not by email. Some take PS, some do not - you have to call 1800 number for universal and ask . Sometimes they will tell you to call the restaurant direct (they can help you with this _) Not many take PSs - it's not like disney.
