When you have a food item that is -0- points how do you calculate if you eat more than one? I have heard that you can eat the first one at -0- points, but the second one has to count, but I am not sure how. I am referring to two things here, one being sugar free popsicles (15 cals., no fat or fiber) and certain vegetables. Does anyone know? This is where attending meetings would really come in handy!!

Thanks in advance!

It I eat more than one serving of anything I just double the nutritional info and figure out the points. So if something is 100 cal, 4g fat and 0g fiber for one serving that is 2 pts but if I eat 2 servings I count 200 cal, 8g fat and 0g fiber for 5 pts.

In the popsicle example if I ate two I would go ahead and count the 1 point but if I just had 1 it would be 0.

I am sure everyone looks at this differently.
