Well it is almost June and before you know it the summer will be over and we will be at the Dis Convention sooner than we think. I have been on some pretty great WDW trips before but I think this one is going to be alot of fun and very memorable. Whenever things get stressful in my life, I think Disney and I am always able to get through the tough times. Thanks to a good friend of mine, one trip to WDW a year is not enough. I have just booked another trip in September. I am going to have to remortgage my house soon. My motto is "you can't take it with you so you might as well spend it at Disney" Life is short so make a memory. I can't wait to meet all the Dis people and have a few laughs.

Only 6 short months away.....I'm sure the Summer will fly by (which in and of itself is quite sad :( ...BUT... :) ), and then it will only be 3 short months away! And I don't know how it is in your families, but in our's the Fall can be quite fun too. I always say that 'the holidays' start with Halloween and don't end until Easter...LOL
Looking forward to meeting you guys...I think I'll need to start making little 'sticky notes' and pasting them on my pc.....special little notes about the people I grew to know on this board in anticipation of this convention. :D
Some people are going for the first time, some are celebrating birthdays and other milestones in their lives, some are old pros (and I'd like to pick their brains....LOL), some have young kids like us, some don't live far from Idaho (and I'd like to hit them up for a follow-up DIS Meet somewhere near by ;) ), etc., etc. :D :) :D :)

bashful, my DD is 9 (she'll be 10) and my DS is 3 (will be 3 1/2), but my DD plays very well with younger kids(in fact she plays better with younger kids) . She has girlfriends in her class, but she plays with the younger neighbor kids more than she does with the same age neighbor kids. She tends to be a little more innocent and naive than kids her own age. :D I like it this way. ;)
As we speak (or type LOL) she is upstairs playing with her best neighbor friend who is 7. :D :) :D :)
