Quick snack ideas??

I am on day 2 of Atkins induction. Although it hasn't been too bad, today I felt like I needed something else. Can I have hot choc with splenda on induction? Any good ideas to cure a sugar urge? Trying to really stick to this very closely and I don't want to slip up.

No...sorry you can't have hot chocolate on induction.

We have all been there sweetie...(some more than once...lol).

I know first hand how hard the "sweet" thing is to conquer the first few days. HANG IN THERE. The whole idea of induction is to let your body get used to NO Sugar. You can't do that while you are faking it out with splenda.

I promise that it does get easier...but it will probably get a little tougher before it gets any easier. The payoff is sooo worth it though. Stay Strong..and post here if you have any other questions.
