I am still losing a bit (I just want a really nice cushion for my WDW trip) but I will put it all back on at WDW, no doubt! See, here is my list of MUST haves: Toll House Cookie @ Main St. Bakery, Jiko, Tonga Toast, CRT breakfast, KK at Breakfastsaurus, plus many a strawberry daq. So, call this dieting BEFORE Disney, so that when I get back, I am not too shocked!
You are all doing GREAT! It is nice to see all the different diet variations getting along together and supporting each other. :Pinkbounc
Yesterday I made some yummy lentil soup and boy, do I need it today up here (60 degrees, windy and rainy :( ). The soup is nice today.
Well, I really feel awkward posting here, since you all know my real problem, but I still need to talk to somebody about this... so, you win, for now.

Hey Karen...you are so close to goal...congrats. I went to WDW two weeks ago and ate well. I ate what I wanted to eat and when I stepped on the scale upon arrival I was 9 pounds heavier. I will tell you I did not drink much water down there. After a week 6 of those are gone (I did a sneak peak) I hope to loose 9 more by July 10 :) Anyway, go and have a blast, then come back and loose the rest and hang out with us!

Thanks everyone!
Glo, that is my new, pre-disney cushion goal. lol... My actual goal was 118, so if I make my new goal before Disney, I will come back at my regular goal! See how I think? lol
My plan at Disney is to eat light two meals while eating normal the third. Since it will be Hot down there, I can't see myself stuffing myself too much  , eh? What will do me in is the Sugar Beast. Man, they have really, really, really good sweets down there. In March, I met the Crumbcake monster! OYE! Yum... And then there is the rumor that they have Krispy Kreme's at Donald's breakfast. lol...
BUT, I will drink excessively (and drink my water too!) lol... nah, I don't drink that much really. Maybe one or two for the trip. Walk, walk, walk... swim, swim, swim... fun, fun, fun... right?
Oohh, re-reading this post makes me hungry... :p

Karen,
It's nice to see you here, nothing awkward about it at all!:D
Food issues- they can be pretty complicated.:(
You are going to have a blast on vacation. Play, play, play, eat, eat, eat, drink, drink, drink, walk, walk, walk. It's all healthy!
And you know exactly what to do to STAY healthy. Moderation is the magic word. Not too much, not too little. Balance. :p
I know you can do this, and that you know what to do. You are going to have a terrific trip! (Have a bite of Tonga toast for me!):p

It's great to see you here, cutie. You should never feel uncomfortable posting here. We need as much encouragement we can get. Getting a visit from someone who is close or at goal is very motivating.
Have a magical trip to WDW!
