I'm showing some progress picks (tummy and back)

I know it's been a while since i have posted pictures and i don't have any of me yet I can share. What I do have is "tummy" and "back" shots. I'm so nervous about posting this here I can barely type this post. I am very sensitive to these photos and the only reason I have talked myself into sharing these is to hopefully motivate someone here on wish or many wishers I don't know. I just felt so alwful when i saw my first pictures I had my dh snap a couple this morning after 52.5 gone for me so i could "see" a difference. I'm so shamed by my first pictures but nothing okay i'm gonna stop talking myself INTO this post and post the dang things. (I can always deleted them right? :) ) Okay here goes taking a deep deep deep deep breathe No i'm not gonna get emotional can you tell i'm talking to myself Okay -------breathing deep breathes now----------again ----------------again:

WOW!! 52.5lbs is awesome. You certainly can see the difference. You should be very proud of yourself. Keep up the good work.

Those are incredible before and after pictures!!! You should be extremely proud of yourself and what you have accomplished. I do not have a waist even when I am skinny so I am so jealous of that curve!!!! Good for you!!!

What a tremendous difference between the two photos- your little waistline, able to wear those little shorts, no extra "rolls".:teeth: LOOKING GOOD!!

That's it. I'm buckling down even more now. I want to be able to wear shorts like that! You have made such amazing improvements to your body, and I know you're not going to slow down for a long time. You have worked really hard to do this, and it has paid off for you in so many ways!

Tammy, I am SO glad that you posted your pictures. You should not be embarrassed...not one little bit. Let me tell you that my tummy looks worse that your "before" picture! The important thing here is that you are doing it! You have made tremendouse progress! You look wonderful now! And just so you know, you have succeeded in motivating others with your pictures. They have motivated the posters who responded before me, and I am now more motivated and inspired than ever before! Thank you so much for taking this step!

Just wanted to Thank everyone for being so nice and supportive. It was so hard to see those pictures even my current pic's. I can see the difference too but still i'm a work in progress 50 more to go!LOL I apprciate all the support you all always give me and i hope that you know it can be done and i can't wait to post my ending picture fully clothed of course.

Boy- my pasty white flesh would blind these boards- yours are nice and healthy looking and WOW where did those dimples go from the first picture of your waist??? SMOOOTH!! You're much better at this than I- I just cover up all my curves with oversized clothing- can't wait to buy some form-fitting- clothes in about say oh 60 more pounds! :)

Thanks Tara I really apprieciate that. I don't know about braggin maybe in 40 or so more lbs.LOL I can really see a big difference in the back shots we have of me. Especially if you could see the BIG ones.LOL There alwful the larger ones.LOL Something that would scare you is a total tummy shot! OMG that's were the biggest change has happened but i could'nt do that just way to embrassing for me. I hope to see your progress pic's soon! Thanks so much everyone you guys really made me feel better about sharing this pictures. I just was scared to death to do. Weight loss and every aspect of it is such a personal thing we all deal with it was just tough not to and tough to do it as well. I'm glad i made the right desicion. I do need to loose 45 or so more though to get to 135 which is my goal I"m at 182 last weight in so theres plenty of room for improvement still to come. I really can't express how much your support has meant to my losses and i feel bless to be able to share this with all of you. And soon you'll be sharing your great before and now pictures i can't wait to see some starting to pop up around here.

Wow! You look great! I know what you mean about looking at really bad pics of yourself. I was helping DS with a project which involved going through our box of old photos (which include the pics that are so bad I'd never put them in an album). I can't believe what I looked like before January of 2002. It was kind of depressing. My face looked like a chipmunk. I SWEAR I will never let myself get that big again.

Lisa I'm just moving more and eating less. There's no magical wand out there. You just have to make your mind up to eat better foods, prepare them smarter and eat less of them. You have to get off your rump and move around more and I found WATP's and The Firm's AB tape has helped me get off my weight to this point. I'm still in progress so there's hopefully more to shed for me. I'm gearing up to get into the 60's range now i'm excited about that still more than 20's to that mini goal. I'll hit 10% #3 at 171 11 lbs from now.

I just don't know how i could find such a great group of people. I'm so lucky to have all of you supporting me like this it's just so inspiring to keep on going.
