I've read about the planned activities at RPR around the pool everyday. Do they have activities at the HRH pool as well? If so, what are they?

I don't remember any specific pool activities at HRH, maybe because we didn't spend much time at the pool. But I do remember that there were a couple of pool staff young guys in the pool squirting the kids with super soakers and playing around with them. This was a big hit. They organized the kids into groups for a beach ball volleyball game in the pool. I wasn't expecting this kind of interaction, and my kids loved it!

there was a list of activities on the dresser but I can't say I remember what they were. There was a BBQ one day with a band out by the pool. there is also the "Dive In" movie some evenings.

They have "tube" relay races, tie dying tee shirts, pool basketball games, water balloon toss, volleyball games, dive-in movies on Fridays. Something new this year is "black light volleyball" - a glow in the dark volley ball game. The games are actually offered to kids age 15+ (at a fee of $25 per team) - if there are no takers, then they allow kids 12+ to use the court at no charge. They also have henna tatoos poolside this year too - at a fee, of course.

Hope this helps.

In the summer months do they do the dive in movies more than just on a Friday night?

Should we throw some t-shirts in our suitcase for tie-dying? Sounds like we will be so busy at the HRH we won't have time for the parks!

I am also interested in the movie question - what nights during the summer and what time?

The dive-in movies are always on Friday nights. If the weather is inclement, then they bring it inside into the walk-down part of the lobby where the sitting area is. They remove most of the furniture and provide blankets and/or whatever sleeping bags they have for the kids. To see this is amazing! You have wall to wall kids lying on the floor, with their favorite stuffed animal watching a movie and you don't hear a peep! Too cute!

FOV, I would bring some tee shirts. We always do.

Hope this helps!
