Transportation to Disney Quest

We will be staying at the BC without a car. What is the best way to get to Disney Quest? (bus, taxi, rent a car)
How long does it take to get there by bus and how much does a taxi cost?

I would take the bus that goes to Downtown Disney.I don't think it takes that long to get there
