Well, as of today, there should be another 200 points available at BWV. Disney exercised ROFR on us. :(

I guess since I'd not seen anyone post that this had happened to them, I didn't expect it to happen to us. Man, I'm so bummed...

Sorry to hear that, Nette. The additional BWV points that are now being sold only to current DVC members will be available to the general public on June 1; maybe you'll be able to purchase BWV points directly through Disney this weekend.

Maybe they sold their 100,000 so quickly they knew they could flip the points for a quick turnover???

We certainly will try again to purchase a resale, but I think we're going to wait until after our annual Sept trip (FTP is just too good a deal. :)) I think then we'll be thinking more clearly, and will have a little more cash saved up.

As for buying direct from disney... why buy retail when you can buy resale?!
