What are the various room rate discounts available at the Universal hotels? I know about the Entertainment rate. Any others.

The Universal Fan club card. In Feb. At the Hard Rock,We got a rate of 139, then 160 on the weekend. For the April break, We got 160 and 180 on Sat.They said they were going for close to 300 because of the vacation time.

how do you get the Fan Club card? Any cost? And annual passes, how much do these go for? anyone know the best rates from discounts? (ie., is AP better than Entertainment, etc...?) Thanks guys.

i think there are better discounts (at the luxury level, anyway) at universal hotels than at disney these days....disount sites also have discounted rates--saw a good rate at hotelkingdom.com for PBH---persistence pays off...
