el Nino years.

5 days and counting rain and 50's this is spring. Hey Mother Earth we could use a little spring here. This is suppose to be the planting season.

They don't call me Mud Duck for nothing. I think I need to get some garden boots, I went through 5 pairs of socks yesterday, every time I came into the house I had to change my soaking wet socks and sweatshirt.

Today will have to be laundry day. Oh my! the things a gardener will do just to play in the mud.

You have more fortitude than I do, Mamu. I've just chalked the last week and a half up to a total loss. I have so much to do in the garden it's not funny. Watch when the sun finally comes out......90 degrees.....guaranteed!

Just slouched my way to the rain gauge. 4 inches of rain. Don't think I'll need to water for a while. With a prediction of cloudy and showery weather the remainder of the week. I know one thing this lawn need mowing. Hoping it dries out a little. With DH working 6 day a week guess I'll need to do the lawn.

I hope things are starting to dry up for you, Mamu! Spring has been very slow to settle in here, in fact, the "experts" at our favourite garden centre tell us that we're 2 weeks behind schedule, weather (temp.) wise.
