Buying park passes through Dream Res

I few weeks ago I made my hotel reservations through Dream Res for April 2002 and also ordered park passes with the advertised discount. I had emailed Dream Res first to find out when I would be billed for the tickets and was assured that I would not be billed until we took possesion of the tickets, which would be at check-in. Well, we checked our Am Ex bill today and, GUESS WHAT! A surprise charge of $826! :mad: I have emailed the agent who gave me the info but have not heard back yet. I am not happy!
