Hi!

My DD & I are going to CA in August. I am trying to get the least expensive fare possible for our flight. So far the least expensive from Hartford, CT are Delta ($682.50 ea) & American ($583.50 ea). I have check with Southwest, US Air, Continental, & United. Am I missing any?

Hi Geri

You didn't say when in August you were going. I just checked southwest and put in the dates of aug 1-5 rt from hartford, ct to LAX and the fare was $402 per person. I got the same rates for the end of the month as well. You might want to give them a try. Hope this helps.

Hi, Me again.

I just went to www.travelocity.com I put in Hartford, Ct and Los Angeles and put a dot in (any date) then it asks between Hartford/Springf Ct and Hartford Ct. I chose the latter one. It brings up $198 RT on Delta and Midway airlines. This would save you lots of $$$$. Hope it helps. If you need any help finding the fare just let me know and I'll be glad to help.
