I just get back my VCR and what happens, a heat wave. We had highs in the mid to upper 90's the past couple days. Today was 92 at 6pm! UGH!! I am going to try to get my B U T T out of bed in the AM to WATP's so at least I get that in. But I am going to really miss doing it in the evenings, since I SWEAR it is the only thing that keeps me out of the kitchen.
Sending cooling off pixie dust your way!
Hmm, if you don't crochet, then learn! I know that having a lap full of yarn in a heatwave isn't the best idea, but it will keep your hands BUSY so you won't go into the kitchen! Make some blankies that you can donate to a battered woman's shelter or something! :)
Or buy some complicated puzzles and work on them. :)
Good luck! You can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Send some of that heat to the other coast. I almost didn't walk this morning because it was drizzling and cold. I'm sitting here with Dunkin Donuts coffee just trying to stay warm! Can this really be May 23rd and I had the heat on in my car?

It was nice out here last night, but certainly no heat wave for us! LOL! I wish we would get warmer weather, we could use it on the East Coast! :)
Have a great day! :)
I know what you mean about the heat. I don't like to exercise when its too hot. I set my alarm today for 5:45. Did hit the snooze once but I was up doing WATP by 6:00. ITS HARD but you will feel so much better when its done.
Sending some early morning pixie dust your way that you can get up and exercising in the early, cooler hours!!!

Our A/C SUCKS!! It'll cool off the room, as long as all you are doing is sitting, once you get moving you start sweating. In the winter itcould be 30 degrees outside and I am still HOT HOT HOT after/during a workout. I freeze my kids because i have to have the windows open to cool off.
I didn't make the early AM workout. I am determined though and I WILL get into that routine, even though i prefer the evening.
