The doctor cheared me....my husband was shocked!

Molli, I can't change the clippie yet because that visit was before I joined WISH but I am working on my next clippie, trust me!
The good thing is I know now exactly how much of a difference my doctor's scale is from mine ( about 4 lbs ) , not only that but I also went on it last night at 6 pm , after I had been drinking all day and eating my regular meals. Still with that, I was so excited, this is my motivation to keep going ....oh man it feels good!!
I can tell you one thing though....dh IS jealous! He asked me last night why don't I watch what he eats? I told him , when you show me some kind of interest, I will help you with it, I can't do it for you.

That is so great!!!

My doctor is really nice. He never gets mad or frustrated with me when I come in year after year weighing about the same, even though I tell him I want to lose weight. I'm excited for next time I go in so he can see I've finally made progress!

Way to go Olga!! Know the feeling as I was at the doc's office yesterday and he asked why I'd lost 14# since February. Also found that the doc's scale is 4#s different then mine. Have a digital and make sure it's on track each time I weigh but... appt. was around 1:30 and I weigh first thing in am.
