Physical signs of Stress!!

Well, I just got back from the dentist....

Well, it seems I've been clenching and grinding my teeth sooo much I now will be wearing a mouth guard appliance day and night.....YYIIPPEEEEE!!!!:bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:


Dentist said the number one cause of this type of damage was due to STRESS!!!!!WOW am I surprised!!!!!

Oh boy! It sounds like it's time to get rid of the kids!!! ;) You need a trip to WDW all by yourself!!!!! I'll go too if you need non controversial company!!

I've been dreaming about a trip to WDW for months now...

First was the $20.03 at the Marriott and now the Fairy Tale Package....it's sooooo tempting....but I've vacationed 2twice since New year's already...Not to mention the 2 weeks I took from October to December.....I can't afford to take time off for a silly old vacation for rest and relaxation.....;) ;) ;) ;)

But in 211 days i will be on my way to my 2 weeks in WDW (with my family):D :D :D

I had the same thing happen to me during a highly stressful time of my life and wore the night guard for 2 years:eek:

and to this day if I start waking up many days in a row with a H/A or sore jaw/teeth I 1. start using that guard again and 2. try to figure out whats bugging me - first one easy - second one not as easy - but in my case its usually WORK.
