I think 1.5 lbs is great.
If you "weighed in" today, I am assuming you are doing WW? If so, they only suggest no more than 2.0 lbs. per week, so you are right on track.
I learned a long time ago never to put the work "only" in front of any weight loss. Every ounce counts, so give yourself a pat on the back.

only 1.5 lbs? what, you scared to put a post like that on the regular weekly check-in after you've seen what Katholyn will say!
You meant -------Yiiiipppppppppeeeeeeeeeee!!
I lost 1.5 lbs of fat forever this past week!!!!!!
Like Kath always asks "Would you have preferred to gain 1.5 lbs?"
he he he
I'm sorry, i hope you don't take that all the wrong way! I am just:Pinkbounc :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :Pinkbounc giddy for you, you lost a pound and a half! YEA!!!!!!!! Forever!!! It's gone!!!!!!!
You know that losing slower is really better for you and that you're more likely to keep it off. Many a weeks when I showed no loss -- so I know it can be frustrating. But just think, if you lost 1.5 lb/week for 4 weeks, that's right only one month, than you've had lost 6 lbs and that's almost a size! So do the happy dance, you lost weight! And the happy dance burns calories!!

Hey....!!! That is GREAT!!!!...keeping doing what you are doing...it seems to be working!!! Don't get stuck on Numbers...200lbs....1.5 lbs......I bet you are feeling better and better everyday. How about the days when you wake up and you feel lighter...those are my favorite days...(do you know what I am talking about)...the days when you don't feel bloated?
I am proud of your loss....this isn't easy....but we can all get through this together!!

You all sure know how to make someone feel better.;) It is BETTER than gaining, and I am happy, I just expected MORE! I have started a Walking regimen so, maybe that is why I didn't lose a lot.;) My Pants that I bought 4 months ago, can NOW be Zipped and Buttoned ALL the WAY!:bounce: So, I guess my weight is SHIFTING! Disneyeveryyear: No, I am on what is known as the T-Factor diet and 1000 calories a day!;)

1.5 lbs is nothing to sneeze at. It's an excellent accomplishment.
You just keep going on downward!
Great job!
