Sorry for all of the questions - but I am trying to learn.

Am I allowed SF Jello during induction? I know I read about it somewhere in the book and now I can't find it. He suggested SF Jello with whipped cream (made with splenda).

Is this during induction or later?

Does anyone know? When I looked at the website I couldn't findit listed as an acceptable food, but it really makes nice snack after dinner. Better than cheese.

Yes, Yes, Yes, thank you.

My biggest downfall is a snack mid evening while watching tv and last night I remembered reading about the SF Jello and thought, hey I even like SF Jello.

I finished it today at work after lunch and will make more tonight as soon as I get home.

The kids like it too, so maybe I need to start buying the big box. They always think it is cool if they get anything of mom's (expensive diet food is usually outlawed). Skinny Cow's were the be all end all to them.

I am sure I have to give them up.

Does anyone know of any carb free ice cream (for later after induction)?

Yup - there are Atkins low-carb dessert cups in the frrezer section at my grocery store. They taste just like the malts we get at the stadium!
