My challenge is for each and everyone one of you to check out the recipe threads stickied at the top of the WISH board ---- and then --- within the next week add a recipe of your own!

It doesn't have to be any elaborate or difficult recipe. You can even just mention a favorite food find for your way of eating!

For those following plans other than WW or Low Carb --- please post one to the thread that most resembles the plan you are following.

This will give all of us some new things to try as we enter in to our Summer Season!
:D

Post back here to let me know that you've taken on this challenge! Don't let me down WISHers!;)

In case I forget before leaving for the Holiday Weekend ---- Happy Memorial Day WISHers!

I'm in - in fact I have a magazine sitting by my pc since Easter with a recipe I've been meaning to post. So I'll make a committment to do it within a week! I need to browse that thread more often and plan my dinners there, and get away from my dinner/family dinner and cook one! The stuffed shells I made and posted on that thread was a huge success with my family :) So i'm looking forward to great new recipes to check out! Thanks Jody for posting a challenge for this week :)

I'm in! I have to be honest, I haven't checked that thread yet, so this will be a great incentive for me to get some new menus for the family!

Great idea Jody!

I'll post the recipe I made last night as soon as I get a chance.
It was delicious.

It's called, You Won't Be Single For Long Vodka Cream Chicken.
I liked the name so I thought I'd give it a try, who says us married folks wouldn't enjoy it too!

Great idea Jody, I never look there often enough.

Well, I haven't posted a recipe, but I have USED one! I had the Pineapple Cheesecake last night for supper. My DD took the one I had in the fridge for lunch today!:p
