Well, I'm back from my 4 day Wonder cruise and 9 days at the World.
I weighed myself the morning after I got home and I'm exactly 1/2 pound heavier! Thank goodness that someone told me to TAKE THE STAIRS on the cruise!! I did 99% of the time (unless I was going UP more than 6 flights) Besides being better for me, it was MUCH quicker!!
I did not feel deprived at all, but just watched HOW MUCH of things I ate. Our server insisted on bringing us all dessert AND bringing a dessert for the table to share. I'd take a couple of bites of that to try it, but then let the others eat the rest.
We had a great time. Now it's back to Curves and "regular" food. :) I'm viral right now, so it's harder to get up and move, but I'm still trying to keep moving a bit instead of lying on the couch! :)
