Does anyone have any recommendations for vegetarian food at US & IoA?

Bob Marleys at Citywalk had a variety of vegetarian options.

Take a look at the book Vegetarian Walt Disney World and Greater Orlando by Susan Shumaker. It lists lots of different restaurants and tells what the have that is vegie and ranks each of the places.

Mythos at IOA always has some great vegetarian appetizers and entrees. They will also omit any meat items from their pizza of the day.

Great restaurant. Great food. Vegetarians don't have to feel deprived here.

Near Universal Orlando, at or near the int ersection of Kirkman Rd and International Dr are three restaurants that will appeal to vegetarians: Sweet Tomatoes has an extensive salad bar and vegetarian pasta choices. Passage to India and Far Pavilion are Indian restaurants with a good selection of v egetarian entrees.o

Try the vegetrian muffeleta (spelling?) sandwich at Confscio's Grille. it was big and tasty!
