Mypoints order cancelled??

I don't think I've ever posted so much in one night before! Could it be I'm addicted?? ;) Anyway, dh ordered an Olive Garden gc yesterday through mypoints. Well, today, the status of the order is "cancelled" and the points have been put back into his account. Why would this happen? Could this have anything to do with the fact that I emailed them yesterday about a lost gc that I ordered?? :rolleyes: I've never heard of this happening before. Anyone else have this happen? TIA

I don't think that it has anything to do with your emailing them. My guess, maybe they are out of olive garden? Have him try to order it again and see if the same thing happens, it could have also been a computer glitch.

How do you check status on orders on my points?

Fio,
When you redeem for your points, the last confirmation page will say " Pending Process" bookmark that page right then. Then, later on you can go back to that bookmark and it will tell you if it has been shipped or not.

I guess then there is no other way to check on an existing order. I emailed them, they said to give it 4-6 weeks. Guess I'll have to wait...
