You don't have to have the Orlando book. You just need the Entertainment card that comes in the book. It can be from any city.

I just returned from the Hard Rock and even though I had the card I was never asked for it. I wouldn't suggest going without one though. By the way I thought everything about the place was awesome!!!!!!!!!!! FOTL was the best even though it wasn't always needed.
