We went on the Western Carribean in June with our 13 yr old son and 10 yr old daughter. Everyone including dad had a great time and no one was bored. If you haven't bought the Passporter guide to the disney cruises, see if you can find one in a bookstore today. Well worth the money. Let us know what cabin you will be in or send a separate email to hollymamba3@aol.com and we'll make sure everyone enjoys the cruise.

Lezleyg....welcome aboard. O.K., the Thanksgiving thing with the in laws is over, we did that last night. X-mas decorations and trees are up. I picked up the dog food and chewey bones yesterday at Walmart for the dog sitter. (Oh ya, I bought some more waterproof disposable cameras and more film. Grand total, 8 waterproof disposables and 4 non waterproof, 12 rolls of 35 mm, DW says this morning "I think you should go by some more Ron, I don't think we have enough"....smart allek!) I fiiled my jeep and Kims Expedition with gas for the last time before we leave. The final load of "whites" is in the washer, when dry....I'm packing!! I'm working today from 1 to 9, 11-7 tomorrow and 9-5 Wed, then ORLANDO HERE WE COME!!!!!!!!!

Tom,
We are going to be at OKW for four of the five days you will be there. The first night after the cruise we are going to the Beach Club then jump over to OKW for another 5 days. We haven't stayed at either of those resorts before. Been to Boardwalk and Wilderness Lodge, but that is it so far as DVC'ers.

Welcome Holldoll,
Glad you were able to get on board. We are in cabins 7604 and 5639. We are so excited to go (all 7 of us) We can't wait until Friday when we leave. Especially since there will be a snow storm heading in for the weekend.

Looking forward to meeing everyone on Saturday.

See ya real soon,

Amanda.....don't mind the spelling. I think he was so excited that he was going to be anotherer 15 mins. ahead of me in the shrimp line he actually studder typed. LOL

You know there was this lady named Michelle who took GREAT care of us when we got off the last sailing. I believe she was a "guest services" supervisor. She wanted me to call her and she would "take care of us" on this trip. I didn't call her on the "favor". But maybe she can get me to the ship and on earlier than anyone else just to make sure I was FIRST in line for the shrimp.....hhmmmmmmm That gives me two days to make sure I am "fartherer" ahead....LOL

We have made some changes to our reservations....my parents kicked Bobby (5 yr old nephew) and myself out of their room and booked a cat 11 (6049) for us! YAY!! All that room to myself! And, if I play my cards right, Bobby will be snoozing with nana and papa a few nights!! Can this get any better (or is it betterer??)?

Can we count in hours now?? About 85 hours until we board that gorgeous ship.....!

We'll after a rocky start yesterday with a major break down on the car we weren't driving to WDW we have made it to FL. We got to our condo at about 4:30PM and while stopping at the grocery store the DW (Crazy Momma) asked what do you want to do for dinner tonight. The DS and I answered a park. We have season passes so we headed to MGM grabbed a quick bite and did the 8:30 Fantasmic. Shelly we stopped by the TT gift shop but you wheren't around. I think we are going back again on Friday we'll try again then. Fantasmic was awesome and was full, but I dont' think standing room for the 8:30. People behind us said the 6:30 was standing room only b y 5:45. We knew it would be busy this week, but 60-70 minute waits at MK is scarry. We are heading there in the morning and have dinner reservations at Canada. At least dinner won't be to long of a wait.

It was 70ish and mostly cloudy when we got here, who sent the 80s and sunny away?

Yes... it is getting EXTREMELY busy in the parks, and it's ONLY Tuesday. I can only imagine what the rest of the week will bring. Get those fast passes early! I think guests needed a fast pass to get a fast pass for the Rockin' Roller Coaster today.

Wow, it's so close now. Three more days of work, and then I am cruising!

Oh, if anyone is going to Candlelight I'll be in the performances right after our cruise.. they'll be my first of the year.

Okay, PenskeSth1, I'll take your DH's offer to switch houses! No, it's not snowing yet here in MD (but we'll get it soon enough, especially where I live), and it's just now starting to get real cold. I just want to live in Florida. Coming back is going to be so hard!

Well, one more day of work for me too, and, we're closing the office at 2 today. I've packed everything except our dress clothes (waiting til the last possible minute for that one), so now I have more time to get my house cleaned before we leave (what fun).

It is supposed to be high of 86 for St Maarten. Although, it is showing thunderstorms for St Thomas with a high of 82. Then for Castaway Cay it looks clear and windy with a high of 86.
