HRH Room Controller Fax Number

Does anyone have the room controller at Hard Rock Hotel's fax number? I was able to get the number for Portofino off of these boards before our last trip and with great success received an upgrade to the West Wing. I have reserved a garden view room, can anyone suggest what I should ask for? A certain floor/area of hotel, etc. Any suggestions would be helpful. It seems the more knowledgeable you are the better off you are.
