Information on DC Coupon and National

I recently joined The Disney Club and got my membership kit yesterday. In it came a book of coupons with the National Rent A Car one. Also in the book was a 'Special Note' with updated limitations for the Coupon that was in the booklet. It says that it is valid for Compact through 4 door full size cars and it says you Must have the coupon at the time of rental for redemption. I know there were some threads before about whether or not you needed the coupon from the DC booklet as on the coupon it doesn't say that you do. It seems that National may have complained to DC about too many people not having the coupon with them. Just wanted to let everyone know that if you are using that coupon from DC make sure you take it with you.

I have been a DC member for several months now but also just received a new packet of coupons yesterday with a coupon for National in it. This made me feel better to have an actual coupon since we are going in August.

as someone who had trouble using the discount code from the dc website, i would just like to say having the coupon with you is not the issue!

theyre service sucks and will get your trip off to a horrible start. no discount is worth it!

Sounds like my experiences with Alamo. I wouldn't rent from them again if they gave me a Mercedes Benz 600SL for 3.00 a day.
