I am soooo very excited since I just got word that we got our Vero Beach 100 point add on ($65/point - seller pays closing costs!) Was concerned Disney would buy it back at that price but we got the waiver! HURRAH!!!!!!

So nice to add this to our collection of "Homes"!!!!

I know - best part is that there will be 200 points available on September 1 (for last year and this coming year)! Now that was a lucky bargain!

Just keep looking at the Timeshare Store website - many more bargain resales are out there! And always negotiate!

I have an offer in with the TSS on an OKW resale. How long did it take between the time you made your offer and deposit and you heard about Disney's decision?

Roughly 4 weeks from the time we got the paperwork to sign til we received the FAX from the Closing Company.

We were told that because of the situation, we were highly likely to be bought out by Disney, but we weren't!!!!!! I hope that's the case with you!!!
