and I think I have stalled , but truthfully I am a bit under the weather , it's been just plain damp and rainy outside so I couldn't do much other than a workout at home a few minutes a day.
I don't really mind if I don't loose at times but I find that it's easier for me to get motivated to do things when the weather is nice. Am I the only one that feels like this?

Not at all Olga!! The weather around here has been the pits.  After such a harsh winter, I think everyone was so looking forward to a wonderful spring. But it hasn't happened. Supposedly we're still four inches short on rainfall, but it's just all overcast and yucky!!

Around our house right now, it's like one, two, three, everybody sneeze, cough, or blow your nose... take your pick. I lost a # yesterday, but am convinced that it's because of all the fluid that drained out of my head.

Feel better!

Just another PA person checking in to agree that this spring has not been the best. This weather doesn't do much for my energy level.

BUT, for the first time all week, it is not raining!!

Kanga, it has been raining for 4 days now up here and I am sick of it...I have been walking my miles in the rain, only because it is too easy for me to sit home and blame the rain for not walking! Today is our first day of sunshine and I am very happy!

Since I started Atkins, I have been using our upstairs bathroom instead of the one down here, just so I would have to walk that flight of stairs multiple times a day...one day it was raining outside and I decided to blame the rain for me not using the upstairs bathroom!! Talk about not being motivated!! I will use any excuse not to do my excersizing, especially if the weather is bad!! :p Anyway, since that day, I stopped and do my walking regardless of the weather...lol
