The number you call for a reservation at Emeril's is 407-224-2424. Call as soon as you get a chance, they will tell you if it is too early, and they will give you the date you can call back. These are hard reservations to get, especially at dinner time. Lunch is a little easier, but not much. Enjoy! :)
