View Full Version : Still can't get on Memolink

I haven't been able to get on Memolink since Saturday. Very frustrating. Have sent 2 emails to customer support with no answer. Today, sent email to Memolink CEO - still no answer. Tomorrow, I guess I will try calling them.

The good news is that I have a daily email for Memolink lotto sent to me. Matched 4 numbers and won 100 points a couple of days ago. Then, matched 3 numbers for 25 points yesterday.

Has anybody ever had problems with Memolink and how long did they take to respond?

Finally heard from Memolink. They are trying to fix the problem. Apparently, I am not the only member having it. They have told me to keep trying back.

As of tonight's try - nada.

I do hope they give me some extra points to make up for the fact that I haven't been able to go on their site for 5 days now.
