anyone get their confirmation in the mail yet?
also did anyone that cancelled their existing reservation and re-book with the FTP get their refund yet?

Confirmation -
Hi Phillydisnynut,
We received our confirmation in today's mail. The deposits we had on the original reservations were switched to the new ones. As I had to call about something else, I did confirm that they, in fact, had done that. Now we just have to come up with the balance 21 days before; a small advantage of being DC members. I got my new confirmation in yesterday's mail and the confirmation letter of the cancelation of the other reservation and that they would be refunding the money. I haven't called the bank yet to see if it's been credited back. I just got my bank statement a few days before, so it'll be a whole month before I get a new that it might be on. So I guess I'd better call! LOL!

Today I got my letter confirmation my cancellation (CRO) but no letter of confirmation of my new reservation with the FTP. I only called to check on my account and they refunded my account the first depost (cost of one nights stay) and took out $200 for the new deposit so I would think that I wasn't just cancelled with no new reservation. I will wait until tomorrow's mail and then call Disney to be sure. I got nervous.

I just received my confirmation letter today. I did not get a cancellation letter. I booked through Disney Club and they just switched the FT package to my old reservation number, thereby, cancelling the other one out and applied my $100 deposit to the new reservation.

Here's how things went for me - - -
Wednesday (05/07)
I called CRO to cancel room-only reservation. I booked the DreamMaker Package with WDTC. The amounts I had paid already by check were transfered from CRO to WDTC. CRO had to issue credits to two (2) credit cards that I had used as payments towards the room-only reservation. One credit card was the Disney Visa - that credit posted to my account the next day. The other credit card is not showing the credit yet (I check it everyday online).
Thursday (05/08)
I called WDTC to change the DreamMaker Package to the Fairytale Package.
Saturday (05/10)
I received the room-only cancellation confirmation from CRO.
Tuesday (05/13)
I received the DreamMaker Package confirmation from WDTC.
Still no credit posted to credit card #2 yet.
I'd imagine I'll get my Fairytale Package confirmation tomorrow or Thursday.
