What's the difference between a 2 bedroom, a dedicated 2 bedroom and a dedicated queen beds 2 bedroom?

Dedicated means that the studio portion cannot be rented out as a studio. It doesn't have a door to the outside like the lockoff does. A lockoff has a double door between the one bedroom and the studio. Both doors are locked if you don't know the person in the other unit and you are only renting one or another.

Some of the dedicated two bedrooms at BCV have two queens instead of a queen and a sofa bed. Most all the two bedrooms at BWV have a queen and a sofabed in the second bedroom.

All of the 2 bedroom units at the BWV are lock offs. There are no dedicated two bedroom units at BWV. The second bedroom contains a queen sized bed and a double sized sleep sofa.

This is different from the BCV. All of the sleeper sofas there are queen sized (or will be when they finish the "redo").

Just to further elaborate on what CarolMN said. All (53 of them) of the dedicated 2 bedrooms at BCV that have the sleeper sofas in the 2nd bedroom are getting queen sized sleeper sofas. The other 25 dedicateds have 2 queen beds and the 74 locks will keep the double size sleeper sofas in the 2nd bedroom. Clear as mud???
