Alex,

Thank you so much for the challange. I walked four days and today it was pouring. I went to Muffins for Mom at my DD preschool (where I resisted eating any) and then to work for 10 hours. The rain stopped. DH said you look tired. Are you ready to go home? As tempted as I was, my response was NO!! I want my clippie. Last week I came so close. Off to the track.

I walked 3 miles. DH walked the last mile with me. I feel great. I know I am going to look great with my new clippie. Amazing how hard we will work for one of those.

I think that I am going to maintain that challange for the next week. What do you think?

Way to go!!! That is awesome! How many miles did you do this week? I knew you could do it!!!! Now where is that Alex!!! I am so proud of you!!!

Since Monday I did 16 miles. I kept up a pretty good pace (for me). Even the 4 mil was in 67 minutes. I am very proud of myself. This is only my second week of walking (and considering I have almost 100 pounds to lose).
