Flexpass purchase

I'm thinking it would be most convenient to purchase our Flex Pass tickets prior to our trip. Are the tickets at Universal plastic type cards? Is that the type you get from other sources - discount or otherwise? For our 10 day trip I need them to be durable for my 3 sons. :cool:

The Flexticket is a paper ticket. Only APs are plastic tickets.
