Hershey's now makes Sugar Free Reeses mini's.
They are WONDERFUL!!!
Low Cal & Low Carb too!!!
:p
Our WW leader said today if you are going to have a "treat" to make sure its something that will satisfy you. If you are still going to be craving something sweet afterwards then choose something else. Her example was "Mike & Ike's" candy (not sure what that is) but she said if you had that but it wasn't satisfying then better to spend a few more points and have something that will satisfy the craving. I hope that makes sense.

Well, the fat in the cream will probably help you lose the craving, not to mention the root beer float is MUCH better for you than the sugar-loaded peanut butter cups.
The float would even be a better choice than the sugar-free peanut butter cups.

I got so excited about the mention of Sugar Free Reese PB Cups that I had to go to Hersheys.com to check it out. I'm afraid I have sad news about them for WWs.
1 serving (5 pieces) has 170 calories and 12 grams of fat, vs. 210 calories and 12g fat for the regular ones. So the SF ones are 4 points/serving, regular are 5 points/serving. Phooey.
The Atkins gang makes out much better on this deal. Sugar Free has 23g Carbs, 19g from Lactitol (that's a good kind, right?). Regular has 22g Carbs.

How is this OKAY for Atkins...and what is Lactitol???? Maybe John can lend his knowledge???

Lactitol is a new type of Sugar Alcohol sweetener that does not have an effect on a lot of people doing Atkins, so those of us lucky ones do not need to count them against our total. For example, I can eat 5 Mini Reece's and only have an Effective Carb count of 3 Grams!!!

Sorry Kathy, forgot that you are not an "Atkinser" lol

CVS has them on special this week! Warning -- the Lacticol can causes a major laxative effect in some -- so stay close to home until you find out how it effects you!;)
