WL Hot Tub Crowded at Night?

I'm hoping to be able to unwind from a long flight in the hot tub at WL around 10pm...is it usually still full of kids at this time? Is it always full of kids? I thought I had read that the hot tub always stays open 24 hours, is that correct?

Don't know if they close it, but I can tell you last June around 10 it was always full. So I decided to head to the one in the villas, which wasn't very busy at all. There were still lots of kids in the main hottub, a real turnoff. The other one was kid free and very relaxing. Hope I didn't go against any rules, but my feet and back needed it bad.
