I did it!! Mini goal and a few left over - just another 20 to next mini goal, then another etc, - It's easier when you break it all down into little chunks isn't it??

Anyway I was actually expecting a gain , just because I've been feeling fat!! Got to Boots to do my weigh in - 91 kgs - 5lb loss!!! Yeay!!! When I got in the lift I checked myself out in the mirror as you do and it just shows you what a wonderful thing the mind is - when I got in originally thinking I was fatter - I actually looked it!!
Suddenly 5 minutes and 5lbs later - I looked gorgeous - all hour glassy where my waist went in and the tummy looked flatter!!


I can do it!! I can, I know I can - my little engine refrain!!

Yaaaaay Elise!!! It is amazing what a difference it makes when you "see" the results on the scale! :) Good for you!

On to the next mini goal! :) You have such a great "losing" attitude, I know you will reach that goal quickly!!! Keep up the great work!!!!

Congratulations on your weightloss and reaching your first goal!
You are SO right that it's easier to break it down into smaller goals. It's way too overwhelming to just think of the total weight needed to lose. :)
