I went shopping today, because I do not have any dresses that fit, and I have my God Daughter's First Communion coming up in two weeks. I got this very nice flowers very feminine dress. Size 10, but it will have to be taken in in a few places :) It fits perfectly up the top, but a little loose on the hips. I was excited :) First time I have ever bought a dress recently with the cleavage... ;)

I also got a new bathing suit. Black to have the slimming affect, it has a low cut front with the netting, and no little skirt or shorts attched. I had a nice one, but the other day my DD said I had a saggy butt, and when I looked I did :) :) :) So got a smller size...a size 8 :teeth:

GLO!!!!!!!!!! That is so great!! AWESOME!! How excited you must be. I fit were me I'd be shouting it to the world. You keep going and there won't be anything left of you. Funny how things can turn around in just a couple weeks isn't it? I am so proud of you for sticking in there and plowing through the hard times! Look at your reward! Wasn't it worth it??? YEAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

when I get shoes for the dress, I will.....kind of have had a shoe issue...I had a size 5 shoe...hard enough to find...now loosing weight has brought me down to a 4.5 :( Got to find something.

you really are a tiny thing aaren't you glo? Have you tried doing a search online for specialty shoe shops? I have really wide feet so I have a hard time as well, but I do know there are catalogs out there for these things!

hhhmmmm...might be an idea...only thing is I am heck on my shoes, and I do not want to spend a fortune...$40 is about as high as I go....do you think it is possible?

Glo...I have been there with the small shoe size thing...you know the best place to look is at Payless...they have a great selection of size 4, 4.5 & 5. And some of them run "small" so you may even want to look at the 5.5.

WOW!!! That's FANTASTIC!!! I am so, so happy for you!!! Right now I'm in a 14/15, down from a tight 20... but I'd really like to be an 8-10..... I hope you can give me lots of pointers along the way!! Congratulations on your shopping, that's just so WONDERFUL!!

Oh, about the shoes, this might not work, but I thought I'd mention it... if you go to the Juniors section (or the kids section) I think a kids size 6 or 7 is a woman's size 4 or 5.... it's just an idea, I thought it might be worth looking into?

That is such a wonderful feeling, isn't it Glo. I am so happy for you! I look forward to the day where I can buy a bathing suit and feel comfortable without the skirt! Sure hope you share pictures of your new dress!!!

AWESOME, Glo! I'm glad your daughter reported your saggy butt! :) That's always a good reason to go shopping for a new bathing suit (or new anything!) And woo-hoo on the dress purchase and alterations!!!! :)
