View Full Version : I''ve claimed my 5 lb. Clippie!

Today was Measuring Day for me at Curves. I am so excited. Lost 7.5 lbs (5.43 of which was FAT) and a total of 9.5 inches!

2 inches disappeared from my hips, 3 from my thighs and 3.75 from my abdomen. Lost 1.7% of my body fat and moved from the Poor category to the Fair category! :bounce: :teeth:

Couldn't be happier - nothing like some success to keep you motivated.! I'm attributing most of the lost inches and lost fat to the Curves exercise program and almost all of the weight loss to Dr. Atkins.

Here's to my first post with my new 5 lb. clippie! Looking forward to qualfying for the 10 lb clippie soon!

That is fantastic news!!! Today is clippie changing day! Woo-hoo for you!!!!!! There is so much less of you to change that clippie now! :)

Talk about some great numbers! You are really just melting away (or sweating away, since you are a Curves lady!) Good for you!

Keep up the great work. You are really close to the 10 pound clippie!!!! Just a short matter of time before you are changing again!

How did I miss this yesterday? Oh yeah, now I remember. Real life got in the way of my WISHing :(

That's just spectacular! And you reduced your body fat too? Look at you go, girl. Is that you kicking up that dust cloud? You are roaring down the highway to good health!

You'd better be feeling very proud of yourself, cutie. You are a success and <i>I</i> am very, very proud of you.

You keep this up and you will be at goal in no time at all :)

YIKES!!! I got so excited about you reducing your body fat I plumb forgot about that gorgeous new clippie of yours :teeth:

I like it, it looks good on you but you know what? I'll bet you will be replacing it with a 10 pound clip very soon :)

Me too ...Me too! Congrats! What a great job you did ... and you're nicely on your way to the 10! I agree about how good it felt to change my clippie today (putting my lack of technical skills aside :rolleyes: ) My sisters told me I'd get inspiration from WISH, and they were so right. Not to mention that if I'm typing on the computer, I'm far away from the temptations of the kitchen.
