HRH, Seaworld, Discovery Cove, IOA, US , Citywalk ! Just got back!

Hi! We just got back from a fabulous trip! Staying right on the property at HRH was so great, front of the line came in handy, wouldn't do it any other way. The BEST day was at Discovery Cove, worth every dollar we spent. I bought a couple of pictures swimming with the dolphins, they came out great, what a great photographer they have. It was such a relaxing day, a good idea to give a break between walking around the other parks. Next year we will leave another day open for relaxing around the pool at HRH since we were too busy to do that this time. Their pool is awesome. Being able to walk right to Citywalk from the hotel was such a great thing, too. No parking hassles. Margaritaville and Hard Rock Cafe were great. Nascar cafe was yucky. We used the buy 1 get 1 dinner free coupon from the Hard rock website that someone told us about on this board, thank you to whoever that was. Hard Rock cafe got people up dancing sometimes during the meal, the entire restaurant was up dancing to YMCA! It was such a BLAST! What a fun place to eat. And if it is your birthday, you have to stand on a table while everyone in the whole place screams "Happy Birthday!" to you! Everyone is '''turning 25" when they say how old you are.
I can't wait to go back next year. Thank you for all of the great info I received off these forums!!:)

did you have ressies at Margaritaville and Hard Rock .. or did you use your room key...I am not sure if we will need ressies since we are staying on site... thanks..amy

We didn't have ressies at all and we were there on April 26, the last night of the mardi gras celebration. It was a 1 1/2 hour wait at the front of the restauraunt but if you want to eat outside on the deck in the back you just wait in line and you can get in in less than 20 minutes. It was great. Make sure you walk to the bar and see the volcano that explodes margarita mix!

you have to pay a membership fee?

I read somewhere on the ISO/Universal forum about a coupon that is buy 1 get 1 dinner free at hard rock cafe. I think the post is still there. It gave a website where you can print out the coupon. It also contains a coupon for buy 1 get 1 half off for the hard rock cafe merchandise. We also used that coupon to buy hard rock t shirts.
