Upgrade with Loew's Card at HRH with entertainment discount?

Has anyone recently gotten a free upgrade with
Loew's Card while using entertainment discount?
If so, did you call Loew's for ressies or hotel directly? Trying to book a room for June, and would like to know what to do. Thanks for the help!!!

Yes!! :) We were able to upgrade from garden view to pool view with the Lowe's First member program!! We had a fantastic view on the 6th floor. We could see both parks beyond the beautiful pool and waterslide at HRH. Give it a try you might get lucky too!! :)

PS We did this at check-in, they told me you have to wait and see what is available at the time. The milk and cookies were good too!! :)
