quick question about carb counter @lowcarbfriends.com

Just wanna make sure this is ok to use. Somethings are a little different than the carb counter on the Atkins website.

I've never used either one -- but I know that alot of people love entering their foods in to fitday.com to get the ratio of carb, fat & protein. Would that work for you?

LowCarbFriends is almost a spinoff from Atkins. I'm really surprised that their carb counts are different.

Are they lower or higher?

If you're ever in doubt, check it against this one: USDA Nutrient Database (http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/nut_search.pl) ... they're the ones that provide counts for labels. I consider them to be THE authority. :)
