We are hoping to do a May 17th eride night ......do you think it will sell out? Does it usually sell out in May? It is a Saturday night, so that makes me nervous!

Good info(plus I dont want to re-type all that again.. :-)

I hope not.....we will be there for the same E-ride night and we extended our trip a day for it! We were going to leave on the 17th then the extended hours came out.........along with my credit card:D

I honestly think we have a better chance of it NOT being sold out due to the time in May. Easter is over, school is in session, and its before Memoiral Day. I know they sell 5000 passes and that's it. I have read on these boards that they rarely sell out. Since we are going at a less busy time, I don't think it will be a problem, but I still keep my fingers crossed!

I doubt it. When we go to WDW, we wait until the last minute to buy our enight tickets (primarily to make sure the weather will be ok). I've never had a problem in May or any other month.

I forgot to add.........when I called last week to extend out trip to accommodate E-Ride night, I was very shocked that our room was still open for that Saturday the 17th. We do not have to change rooms! Considering our trip was 3 weeks away at that point, the GF still has availability during that time. So even though they have added E-Ride nights, I do not think WDW will be as crowded during the first half of May as it will in the later half.

My understanding is that sell-outs are fairly rare. We've gotten E-Tickets on the day of E-Night in early March which is supposed to br 'high season', and busier than May. If you buy your tickets the first day there you should have nothing to worry about.

I saw on another thread that you can buy your E-night tickets up to 5 days before the scheduled E-night at the Guest Relations area at your resort. I plan to get mine at check in just to be safe.
